Dear SAH Mama was created to serve as a safe place for the global stay at home mama community to gather. In 2022, Amy White stepped into her role as a stay at home mom. Through the lived experiences and hard seasons of isolation, Dear SAH Mama began as a blog where Amy wrote open letters to herself and moms around the world who were feeling similar emotions such as guilt, isolation, and shame. What started as an act of encouragement on the hardest days of motherhood has grown into a global ministry that seeks to reach women who are stay at home moms and provide them with Christian community, biblical encouragement, and reminders that they are seen, supported, and deeply loved.
